Ingredients: 100% Hawaiian Mamaki

Brewing Mamaki tea is a straightforward process. A one-ounce bag yields approximately one gallon of tea, which can be enjoyed either hot or cold.

How to Brew Single servings:

  1. Use 6-8 oz. of water and 2g of tea leaves (1 Tbsps)

  2. Steep for 2-3 minutes at 200-210°F.

  3. Enjoy 3-5 infusions.

  4. You can always add more tea leaves to make it stronger!

How to Brew a large pot:

  1. Remove the leaves from the bag. The leaves have been pre-washed and dried, so they are ready to be added directly to boiling water.

  2. Prepare a large pot or tea kettle and fill it with the desired amount of water.

  3. Bring the water to a rolling boil.

  4. Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and turn off the stove.

  5. Add the desired amount of tea leaves to the hot water (more leaves will result in a stronger brew).

  6. Cover the pot with a lid and allow the Mamaki leaves to steep for at least a few minutes, until the water changes color. The longer you steep the leaves, the more nutrients will be extracted.

Enjoy your exceptional Mamaki tea, either hot or cold!
