Ingredients: 100% Hawaiian Mamaki
Brewing Mamaki tea is a straightforward process. A one-ounce bag yields approximately one gallon of tea, which can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
How to Brew Single servings:
Use 6-8 oz. of water and 2g of tea leaves (1 Tbsps)
Steep for 2-3 minutes at 200-210°F.
Enjoy 3-5 infusions.
You can always add more tea leaves to make it stronger!
How to Brew a large pot:
Remove the leaves from the bag. The leaves have been pre-washed and dried, so they are ready to be added directly to boiling water.
Prepare a large pot or tea kettle and fill it with the desired amount of water.
Bring the water to a rolling boil.
Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and turn off the stove.
Add the desired amount of tea leaves to the hot water (more leaves will result in a stronger brew).
Cover the pot with a lid and allow the Mamaki leaves to steep for at least a few minutes, until the water changes color. The longer you steep the leaves, the more nutrients will be extracted.
Enjoy your exceptional Mamaki tea, either hot or cold!
